Before we get to the roundup, I’ve got a little freebie for you!

I don’t know about you, but I have quite a few baby showers to attend this summer. Usually when I think of crocheting something for a shower, my mind always goes to blankets. While there’s no hard-and-fast rule about what size each type of blanket should be, I’ve made myself a handy chart to reference when I start a new blanket project that includes the sizes that I like to crochet them to be. I’m sharing it with you, so be sure to pin it so you’ll have it ready the next time  you start a blanket!

Probably a stroller blanket, but keep in mind these are just guidelines, not hard-and-fast rules. 🙂

Re the size chart I like resources that add the metric equvalent, because most other countries, like my own, use the metric system and have to convert imperial measurements in American patterns, which is a bit of a hassle.

Thanks for the baby blanket sizing guideline chart! I’m new to all things crochet and it’s really helpful. Thanx for all the free patterns as well, great website you have here!

You’re asking about patterns you find on Pinterest (not the patterns in this post), right? If you find something you like on Pinterest, you just need to click it, then click it again when it fills your screen, and that should take you to the blog post that the Pin is linked to.
